Scranton Counseling Center the area’s largest, fully integrated, behavioral health provider has an opening for a qualified individual serving as manager of our Community and School Based program.
The Community School-Based Behavioral Health (CSBBH) Program is a specialized, school-based treatment program designed to serve as a clinical home for a defined population of youth in a specific school. Utilizes a multi-disciplinary team approach including responsibility for clinical treatment, coordination of care and case management.
The Clinical Supervisor will function as a member of a multi-disciplinary treatment team, providing clinical supervision to Mobile Therapists and Behavior Health Technicians. The Supervisor will monitor and support the delivery of therapeutic services and review treatment plans to ensure quality and medically necessary care is being provided. The Supervisor collaborates and maintains positive working relationships with school personnel, parents/guardians, SAP & CASSP team members, managed care representatives and other social service agencies. In addition, other responsibilities as required.
A Master’s degree as well as possessing a valid LPC, LSW, or LBS is required
